去年の12月、たまごサンドを配信して、すごく沢山の方に見て頂けたので、サンドイッチレシピ第3弾として、「bltサンド」を作ります\(^o^)/♪ (第1弾はすごーく前に照り焼きチキンサンドを作っていました笑) きょうのごはんは ・bltサンド ・フライドポテト This recipe can easily be scaled up. To cook bacon for a larger crowd, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay bacon strips on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper, top with a second sheet of parchment paper, and place a second tray on top to keep the bacon flat while baking. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Add bacon and lettuce: Place 3 half slices of bacon on each slice of tomato. Top with a couple of pieces of lettuce. Finish the sandwich: Generously spread the rest of the mayo on the non-browned side of the remaining slices of bread, and top the sandwiches with them browned side up. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Lay the bacon on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel to soak up the excess grease. Toast the Bread: Butter both sides of each slice of bread, then place in a preheated frying pan over medium heat. 1. To make the mayonnaise, place the egg yolks and mustard into the bowl of an electric mixer. Slowly begin adding the flavourless oil drip by drip. Then, in a thin stream, slowly add the olive oil in the same way. Add the malt vinegar, Tabasco and garlic and whisk to combine.
